Slight penis constriction

Hi there,

The problem I am facing is a slight constriction of my foreskin. When having an erection I am able to retract the foreskin, so my sex life is normal, but it does hurt a bit. The constricted section forms a ring of scarred skin, which often tears, bleeds and hurts.
I have always had this problem, but gradually it seems to be getting worse.
I am 38years old, married with 2 kids.

My general condition:
Anxiety, shyness. low self esteem.
Persistent dry cough, worse by anxiety, and by unpleasant obligations. Also worse when cold or in humidity.
Better when relaxing.
Exzema and excessive dandruff in my scalp.
Biting nails.
Tendency to get gases in my belly.
Have experienced difficulties in my sleep (insomnia).
Preference for vegetables, fish and dairy. I eat meat and eggs in small quantities only. I like lemon and vinegar. Cravings for chocolate but nearly no coffee-tee drinking

Have followed long term treatment with Lycopodium, which greatly improved my cough and skin problems.

I have never been treated for my foreskin problem. I only apply calendula cream when it feels sore.
