Is Enchrondroma treatable in homeopathy?

A family member is suffering from 'enchrondroma' in the left middle finger just above the palm. The bone is swollen and xrays taken in the past 3 years at an interval of every six moths reveal no growth or change in shape. Mostly it is painless. At times if there is a hurt or injured it pains for a week and subsides.
Ortho consultation have revealed that outer cortex has become very thin coz of this any injury might turn out to be a pathological fracture and its very difficult to recover. So they have advised for a surgery. And in the process of surgery removing bone graft from hip and packing it in the finger. Am not really convinced with this idea of surgery.
In the past patient has taken calcarea phos and calcarea flour 6x for close to 4 months, but xrays dont reveal any improvement. Is this 100% curable in homeopathy. Can someone guide us on this.
Response is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
