You can give another dose of LM3 but give the Helios LM3 bottle 8 hits before making the dose. [message edited by sameervermani on Wed, 21 Dec 2011 20:17:07 GMT]

Hello Sameer,
How are you?
I am writing today to say that my son told me he was getting muscle cramps during his karate class-his calf muscles seized in the middle of exercise.
I gave him a very small amount of magnesium powder (less that 1/4 teaspoon in some water) before he went to bed but I am wondering if it is a good reason to give him a remedy dose.
He is doing well, he said that he gets these cramps when he exercises but I guess he did not mention it to me lately.
During exams he mentioned that he has trouble concentrating-staying focused. He finds that he can study for a bit, then get up for a while, do something else, then go back to studying, he cannot sit down for too long-in fact he asked me jokingly if he has ADD.
He has had a cold a few weeks ago, it lasted a few days and then the whole thing cleared up.
Last night I thought that I noticed a stye in the inner left eye.
I believe these are the major symptoms I can think of, his mental state is good, he is positive and very mature, generally a very good person.
The tonsils are still big and he still has 'bad breathi ssues'-even if he brushes his teeth, soon after his breath is noticeable- something that bothers him. It seems to me that the odd smell comes from his tonsils, as if he always has a sore throat or a cold. He still breathes from his mouth so perhaps he irritates his throat that way.
thank you,
Marika | | |

Hello Sameer, how are you?
Could I give my son another dose of the LM3 Calcarea? He complained of cramps at the soccer game the other night.
He is doing quite well otherwise. He is now more aware of making good nutritional choices-he still loves to eat but I have heard him say he "must cutdown on red meat and eating more salads, vegetables and fruits. He has taken it upon himself to make these changes. He is in karate and he wants to push himself to do his best. He also plays sports at school.
Mentally he is doing well, very steady in his temperament and he expresses himself clearly and with humour, not avoiding the issue as he used to when he was younger. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Give 1 dose of Calcarea LM4.
No hits needed for the first dose.
