All doctors please help me

Hello my name is ali, i am 27 years old and have been masturbating since the age of 11, 12. however now my health has deteriorated considerably, my height is 6 feet and weight is 82 kgs. but my sexual strength has almost vanished. i feel urine dribbling whenever i urinate, my sexual desire is very high but now a days i dont get any erection, and when i get erected it vanishes in 30 seconds without discharge. i have been using damiaplant 20 drops thrice a day and amphosca 2 tablets thrice a day since 2 weeks but have not felt any improvement. Please help
