PCOS related Hair Loss and Diarrhea
I reached puberty at 11 years of age and have had some hair loss and occational diarrhea since. At 16 when i had noticed significant hair loss I went to my GP who failed to diagnose my PCOS. Normal to High levels of hormones were found in my blood test. I was sent to a Dermatologist who put me on the pill. 8 years later I still had hair loss and happened to mention it to a gynocologist - who dianosed my PCOS and put me on Metformin. 3 years on still have hairloss. I have very little hair now. Diarrhea getting worse. Have have Ovarian drilling done - with not much benifit.Was searching the net and found that 'Kali carbonicum' was good with hair loss. Is it safe for me to use?
I am currently taking Metformin, the Pill, Folic Acid, Saw Palmetto (to aid with hair loss)
