Hi Sameer,

This is for my boyfriend. He just returned from 4 days in the hospital and is having the following problems:

- Age 64

- he has a partially blocked artery to the heart.(they want to do an angioplasty)had pressure in chest that lasted for a few seconds and then went away
- diverticulitis(he is on medication for this now)symptoms were pain and pressure in lower abdomen which has now subsided due to meds
- flu - intermittent fever, cough where it is hard to stop once started, sneezing, runny nose, exhausted, watery eyes, teeth ache, sinus headache, irritable, has an appetite still (he is on an antibiotic)
- feels better lying down in bed, better with warmth, no thirst
- has a cyst on his left eye that they want to remove - it looks like a clear bubble on the outside corner of the eye. They tried to drain it once but it came right back. He says sometimes it feels like sand in his eye.
- usually he has a lot of energy
- loves people and animals
- gets bored very easily
- sometimes has trouble sitting in one place for too long, he needs to get up and go
- quick to anger and can get very irritable at times
- little things bother him
- has trouble sleeping at night because his mind races
- worries about everything
- depressed which he takes St. John's Wort for. He says it seems to be getting worse and is considering an anti-depressant.
- fears death and losing his job
- ringworm on his leg
- growing up he was very adventurous and tended to get into trouble, loved pulling pranks
- his mother showed little love or affection for him, but he was very close to his father and grandparents
- had polio at age 7
- RSD(reflex sympathetic dystrophy)in his left foot
- had a large benign tumor under his right arm that was surgically removed
- history of cancer on doth sides of family
- he has diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol which he takes meds for
- sometimes has a facial twitch that comes on when he's tired or upset

This is all I can think of right now.
Thanks for all your help!

Bethy

Also, he is VERY hardworking and loyal. He has a great sense of responsibilty. Very generous and is always there for people when they need help. He has a great sense of humor and loves telling jokes. Also, he can be very stubborn. Gets very concerned about what things cost. The price of gas drives him nuts. He has lows and highs mentally. One minute he could be in a great mood and very happy and the next very irritable and unhappy. At one point he was told he could be bi-polar.
He is on quite a few meds and I'm not sure if he would be too willing to stop any of them out of fear that he would feel worse. I'm hoping that he will. His doctor said his diabetes is well under control and is considering taking him off of that med.

Sometimes he gets very bad rectal cramps which he will take a med for and it goes away pretty quickly after that.
He is very quick-witted and loves being the center of attention.
In 1993 he had a really bad case of diverticulitis and they treated it with sulphur and one other time he was treated again with sulphur.

Hope this info helps!

What was the cause of "RSD(reflex sympathetic dystrophy)in his left foot " ?
Was there any nerve injury ?
When did this occur ? What were the symptoms ?

Any other negative traits in his personality ?

Also, can you get him to write what he feels, particularly when he is feeling low ?What negative thoughts come to him during the depressed state?

Re: Sameer: Blocked Artery and DiverticulitisFrom bethy380 [Log on to view profile] on 2009-03-11
Hi sameer,

He said the cause of the RSD was a tarsal tunnel operation he had about 20 years ago and there was a nerve injury. It stopped the flow of blood to his toes and they turned blue, very affected by cold and touch, there was pain in the area of the operation afterwards and he ended up having nerve block 3 times before it finally held. He hasn't really had a problem with it since.

Other negative traits:

He gets extremely irritated and angry when asked personal questions. He tends to keep a wall up when it gets too personal. He can be very critical at times and extremely picky about things. I think he doesn't want to appear weak in any way. Sometimes it feels like walking on egg shells around him. At times he will say whatever is on his mind even if it hurts one's feelings.

Negative thoughts:

He feels like "what's it all worth" regarding life. He feels like he's in a major rut especially with all these health problems popping up and compounding everything. Aging is really bothering him and very depressed and worried about dying.

This is all I could get out of him right now due to his irritable mood.

Thanks for your help!

Is he a very secretive/private person in general or he shares his problems easily ?

Any jealousy or unreasoning suspicions ?

I would say he is a private & secretive person in general and definitely does not share his problems easily.
He isn't a jealous or suspicious person, but at times does get a little envious of others if he thinks the person doesn't deserve what they have since he works so hard for everything.

He just informed me that he is feeling a bit dizzy and his eyes are bloodshot and very glassy. He has a slight fever again.

I forgot to mention something very important. Many years ago his 2 1/2 year old son died from crib death. He keeps this all inside and feels responsible for what happened.

How intense and passionate is he ? Any creative hobbies ?

Also, please mention as to how affectionate is he ?

How sympathetic is he ?

Hi Sameer,

He is very intense and passionate about things.

His hobbies are writing, reading books, watching movies and he loves to walk.

He does not tend to be very affectionate and does not show his love very easily but he can be very caring and sympathetic to others, especially animals.

Hi Sameer,

Way back when I took carc 30c in Nov., I left out the glass of water with the remedy in it and I think he took a sip of it just once before I realized it. I never mentioned it because I figured it probably wouldn't have made a difference and I didn't want him to worry about it. Do you think this could make a difference in what he takes now?

Re: Sameer: Blocked Artery and DiverticulitisFrom bethy380 [Log on to view profile] on 2009-03-13
Also, he's on antibiotics for another week which I'm sure he won't stop taking because they insisted he needs to finish them. Should he wait until he's done with them or does it matter?

Thanks,

Bethy

Hmm.. and was there any change in him at that time ?

Re: Sameer: Blocked Artery and DiverticulitisFrom bethy380 [Log on to view profile] on 2009-03-13
Thinking back, it was around Thanksgiving and I do remember that I was concerned about it and noticed that he seemed to be in a fairly good mood around that time. I guess maybe I thought it was a coincidence or that it wasn't enough to really affect him. It seems as though it had a positive affect on him. Actually, he didn't complain about being really depressed again until just a few weeks ago. Sorry I didn't put two and two together before.
What do you think Sameer?

Hmm.. okay let us try 1 dose of Carc 30c again but this time dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml water, and give the bottle 6 hard thumps on the palm of the hand before the dose and THEN give 1 teaspoon.

Report in 10 days.

Re: Sameer: Blocked Artery and DiverticulitisFrom sameervermani [Log on to view profile] on 2009-03-13
The thumps are to be given to 250 ml bottle after dissolving 2 pellets there.

Should he wait to take the dose until after he's done with his antibiotics? It will be another week before he's through with them?

Re: Sameer: Blocked Artery and DiverticulitisFrom sameervermani [Log on to view profile] on 2009-03-13
Yes, wait till then.

Hi Sameer,

My boyfriend is finished with the antibiotics and other meds he was on, but we have to travel this week so he can have some heart testing done. We are flying out Wed. and will be back hopefully Friday unless they have to do a heart procedure for which we will stay longer.
He hasn't taken the carc 30c dose yet due to the meds.

Since he is having testing and a possible procedure done, do you think he should wait to take the dose or do you think he will benefit from it? I'm afraid he might not get a good response with everything that is going on and also if he gets an aggravation we won't know if it's from the remedy or something else. What do you think?

Thank you!
Bethy

Hi Bethy,

Please wait , you are correct, we should not give the remedy with so much going on.
