a remedy for hypo acidity pl..!

Hi everyone this is Abhishek from Bangalore-India. age-20 yeras weighing 105 pounds.
After having symptoms as listed chestburn, bloating of stomach especially intestines(more so on the left side), cramps in ma legs and sprain on the left side of ma neck. the right hand biceps pained & i felt so much numbness that I couldn`t lift my hand.. then I had to hit it so that I could feel something, belching, mood swings, depession, drowziness.

At this I consulted a homeopathic doctor who detected the condition to be 'Hypo Acidity'. after nearly 8 months of treatment and some herbal medicines I am almost fine but the problem that is still persistent is that when I have any non spicy food then I tend to have too much of drowzy feeling , mood swings, and more particularly neck cramps... But he doctor advises me to go through the treatment with non spicy foods.. The contradiction is I feel quite healthier and active when I consume spicy food.

Then I chose to consult allopathic doctor and scheduled to meet him next month who predicted it to be some nerve related illness as ot has not subsided from past 4 years.I`ve reduced by 3 pounds in past 5 months.

Inputs on my lifestyle- No alcohol, no drugs, no caffine, no smoke absolutely nothing. I work in a day shift office . I have very low appetite and consume 6 glasses of water at max per day.

Can anyone pl help me.. any valuable suggestions regarding yoga practices, meditation, diagnosis methods etc are welcome... JUST HELP ME LEAD A NORMAL LIFE.
