Nostril blockage problem

Dear Doctor,

I had two Deviated nasal septum (DNS) operations. The first operation was in the year of 1991 and second was in the year 1994. After the second one my Nostril blockage problem was cured until 1998. Since then I am having right Nostril blockage problem continuously and to get relief from the problem I have been using Xynosine Xylometazoline Nasal Spray. Some time I have to take it three to four times in day. Recently I read the continuous usage of this spray does have some kind of sever side effects. Which I think I am experiencing as continuous headache and breathing problem specially in the night, Dry throat, snoring. Can you please suggest me some homeopathic medicine to get rid of these problem.

Please use Sangonaria Nit-30 (3 drops per dose thrice a day)and Ars. Alb-200 One dose at night and report after one week.
