Anything for the start?

Hi, I am 16 years old, weight 140 pounds, and i am 5'4'' tall. I have been working out about everyday for 8 months now. Burning 400-600 calories. I eat very very healthy. But i dont know why I dont lose any weight. I want to weight about 130. I was wondering if there is anything i can do, or eat, or take...anything...to help me start losing weight.

found it... Pellets, Soft Tablets, or Liquid? and also which one do u recomment?hylands, boiron, or WHP?
and should the potency be 200 C?
and what size should it be? 2 drams, 1 ounce, or 4 ounces?

Hi yasamin,you have to avoid oily and sweet food try to reduce rich food.Did you ever tested your blood for hyperthyroidism?if so please put your test report here for further evaluation.Malaker
