salam doctor, please do reply me after reading this and thanks for u patience for reading this problem
this azeem here as i post u before my problem that i got spondolysis and u much back pain and my left kidney is small in size compared to right and fuctioning only 12% and before 12 months i got married and for these problems u suggested me to take nux vomica 200c it took as u said and tried saptashugria 200c also but no use doctor,

same pain in back and all day tiedy feeling all my body is paining, and at very very worse when geting up in the morining
i tool for pain and infectuion in kdineys Vesicarea Q 20 drops 4 times a day; and

2. Belladona 30 4 pills 4 times a day.
now pain is less but moring its horrible i cannot get up from bed.
allhumdullaha i am in kuwait and as i recently married by the god grace i bought my wife here and inshallaha i want have child but my wife have harmone imbalance and monltly periods are irregular she have been with me since 2months here in kuwait every time when i call home india everybody ask me about good news,what to do i dont kwn,while comming she was under medication by a gynoglist still she is taking medicattion and this is last month of course.
while intercourse she is geeting pain in her abdomen why i dont knw if do some what fast she is very afraid and my sex desire is very low,i tired musli exra power, himalaya fore all but no use when i eat this tablets its fine either not.

cali phos 6x

please advice a nice medicine are a course for me and for my wife as such she is cured with harmones immbalance and irregular periods and me for higher sex drive
if any other medicine plz suggest me i wll arrage it if some body comes from india

for u information i do smoke 10-15 ciggrets and 2-3cups of tea ana a cup of coffee(french)
