no sensation
Dear Dr. Sameer,my wife had spine surgery (L4-L5) abt 18 months back. This was necessary because her body below waist became dead one day morning. Gradully she regained senses in most of the parts below waist but the outer musceles of urine and anus parts and the base of the feet are still senseless. She also has burning sensation in her feet occasionally and in the night only. She does home work in kitchen, she can walk slowly. Please advise some medicine to recover senses at the parts mentioned above and to cure burning sensation. I do not want to give her alopathic medicines any more because she had taken too much and for too long.

Sir,
Thanks for reply. My wife's behaviour is normal. No fears and general temprament is cool. Regarding anxiety she is always worried whether she would the remaining senses or not. She feels urine and stool sensation inside but the outer musceles have no senses so she can not control and because of this fear she is afraid of going out and uses diper in the night.
Life event or coincidence with start of this problem. Nothing at all.
