Cry too easily

I'm 44 and happily married with 3 kids. My problem is that I cry too easily especially at funerals or talk of death. Instead of being able to give my sympathies, I feel like a blubbering idiot and usually can't get any words out. Recently, an aquaintance lost her father and she was able to talk calmly about it but I could not say a thing to her in fear that I would get tears in my eyes. Even church services will get me teary-eyed and I have to really work at it to keep it under control.
I'm also nervous when I have to talk in front of people. A recent meeting that I went to, I was excited to go to and I had a lot of information to share. I got so shaky, that I had to remind myself to take deep breaths and felt like I needed to sit on my hands to keep from showing my nervousness.
I am blond/blue-eyed. I tend to like sweets like chocolate but now as much as I used to.
I tried ignatia and natrum muriaticum about a year ago with no change.

Thank you for the person suggesting pulsatilla. I actually thought of that from reading about a description of pulsatilla. I really had no idea on how long to take it and at what strength though.
For, the other questions asked, here goes: Describe your main suffering and from how long? As long as I can remember, I've been sensitive. I do remember being about 12 and sitting on a swing with my cousins & grandpa and suddenly getting teary-eyed thinking about my grandpa getting old and dying someday soon. I know we all have to die sometime and I have strong religious beliefs though.

What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering? The worst is funerals or wakes but I tend not to enjoy looking at old pictures because I don't like to dwell on the passage of time. It usually makes me sad more than happy.
When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? If I'm ready to cry, getting out in the cold air would definitely make me feel better. I feel that church is stuffy and the atmosphere itself makes me feel worse.
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? I like juicy fruit and prefer tart more than sweet. I said that I like sweets more than other things but I think I like bold flavors - things extra spicy, chocolate extra dark, food more flavorful than bland.
How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Normal
How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? I tend to graze and don't eat a lot at one time.
How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)? Normal
How sleep, how are your dreams? Sometimes dreams can be strange. A recurring dream is trying to get somewhere and never getting there because other distractions keep getting in the way. It's very rarely about losing someone.
Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
What medicines have been taken earlier? I take thyroid medicine for hypothyroid.
How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)? I'm tall and average weight - not as thin as I'd like but healthy.
If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.) Periods have always been normal and rarely painful. More of a nuisance than anything.
Family history - What major diseases are running in your family? Nothing really. My parents don't seem to have this affliction but I think it's on my Dad's side that some of my 'blonde' cousins are similar in nature. My sisters are not like me but they are not blonde either. I thought that it's strange that there would be a connection between blonde and sensitive but I did read it somewhere.
Thanks again for your time.
Any other information?

I went to a meeting again this week and I didn't get shaky at all. This is only halfway through the week of taking Pulsatilla. I hope this is a good sign!

Stop the medicine once it has started giving benefit. These medicines are never to repeated like suggested above.

Once there has been a response all further doses act as hindrance to cure.
