Vocal polyp o my left vocal cord.

hi, I'm a female 26 years old, I have a polyp at my left vocal cord for years, I was a smoker I quit 3 months now, I have acid reflux, I take liquorice, I resting my voice but I have to talk a little bit sometimes, but I feel a little improvement, I just want to cure it and never come out again!
I like both sides left and right when I sleep but when I have the terrible pains of my period becasue of Pcos I lean at the left side, I like warm with humidity but not hot, and breezy but not cold, I have pcos, and I take chaste berry, for improvement of my contitions, in the past (8years ago) I had clinical depretion and 3 times suicidal, 2 times in the hospital they saved me, now I'm perfectly fine, no thoughts of suicide, or any negative thoughts, very positive attidude, I'm weighting 130lbs and I'm height 5'5', My dreams are weird and with color, I sleep 8-10 hours daily, sometimes 12 hours, I can hear up to 18000 hz , so my hearing is really good i guess, I'm caucasian, never had big warts but I guess i have very small ones like pimple like that they are hard on skin, but they go away after some time, never big warts and my polyp is very small, I'm gonna start voice lessons but I want to rest my voice as much as possible, and take a homeopathic remedy first.
My thist is normal, my hunger is normal, craving for sweets mostly, dislike food that are bitter, I like sweet, sour, salty. And dislike spicy food also.
I try to drink water up to 2 + liters daily.
I eat mostly fruits and veggies , cheese, yogurt, no meat , a little sea food.
I take bee pollen 2 big table spoons, B12.
