PCOS- Dr.Sameer or Dr.Rishimba please help

Age: 26
Height: 5'2
Weight: 68
Married.
1. PCOS Diagonised 2 months back. Irregaular periods. Weight gain. Hiruitism. Hair Fall.
Muscle cramps and moody during periods.
2. Irregualrity started at the age of 22.
3. Very sensitive to cold.
4. Fear of loneliness. Scared of darkness.
5. Mother has Thyroid.
6. no thyroid. No blood sugar. No Cholesterol.
7. Consulted a homeopathic doctor in India. He prescribed Lord's Mensorite tonic. I was taking that for 1 year. So used to get periods after 40 days aleast.
Now after seeing the scan report, he gave

1. Apis mel(30)
2. Aletris
3. Palladium
4.Aur mur nat - drops

I am taking this medicnes for 1 month
After Dec 2nd did not get my periods.

I am married for 1.5 years. No kids. Want to try in another 2-3 months.
