strained achilles tendons

Hallo.
Three weeks ago i went for a gentle run, after warming up, and i damaged both my achilles tendons, the right one is very painful and they are not improving despite taking arnica. I am usually a very active person and now i am unable to walk,i am feeling very low.
I am wondering could anyone advise me wether to take Rhus tox or Ruta, i've read that both are good, and what strength and if i could take both of them?
Thankyou
Lucy

Hi

Take a few doses of arnica 200 and then follow up with a few doses of rhus tox 200c.

Thankyou very much for your help. When i have taken a couple of doses, do i leave it at that or take more at a later date if i am still in pain?
Thankyou
Lucy

Hi Lucy

You may take twice daily doses for 3 or 4 days (alternatively you may put 5 pills or drops in an approx. 500 ml water bottle and take frequent doses(a dose will be 5 drops from the water bottle) like every 3 hours for 4 or 5 days. But its ESSENTIAL that you shake the bottle vigorously up and down 7 times just before every subsequent dose). In between if you feel substantial improvement with any dose stop with that dose. After arnica follow up with rhus tox 200c doses. You should find substantial improvement with the above doses. If after using rhus tox 200c still if you feel you've not improved please report. We'll see then.
