Facial and Genital Herpes please help

Hello! I am looking for a treatment of facial and genital herpes, that has been coming back over years. The contemporary medicine (Acyclovir) has not really helped me. I have blisters on my face, around my mouth and on the genitals that tend to merge together, the skin where the blisters come is swollen, dry and red, from warmth I feel worse, cold brings me a little comfort. The slightest touch or movement makes symptoms worse. Can you suggest any homeopathic remedy suitable for my complaints? Thank you in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have read some suggestions in the forum do you think nat mur is the right remedy for me? I am open to try any suggestion - the herpes vesicles are coming in series by me - when the old ones start to heal, then come the next fresh ones, that tend to merge together... I am really tired of it it has no end!
Please help!
