Left Pelvic Pain

Dear Doctors and Friends,
I have pain in my left pelvic upper tigh triggered when I was getting out of my car in a hurry. I am 52 year old male very active, exercise/jog most days, have stopped taking alloapthy 4-5 years ago. During the last 3-4 weeks due to bad business scenario I have had bad (insufficient) night sleep.
I have tried Rhus Tox and Arnica 6 but do not help.Getting out of bed and the process of putting on my pants can be painfull. I have stopped jogging for the last 2 days. Please advise of suitable medicine.
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Just to add. I have resumed golf after almost 5 years not playing and last week i hit plenty of golf balls at the driving range. I did feel there was discomfort developing on my left pelvic where the tigh bone meets the pelvic.
