Calcium tabs for teeths..??

Hello Doc,

Can you pls suggest me any calcium tabs, actually my doc(dental) told me to take calcium tab for my teeth(which is not healthy & strong) but i don't want to take allopathy tab(zem cal, supra cal)..

please suggest me the good calcium tabs for my teeths.
