Chronic nasal catarrh, sneezing, headaches since early childhood.

Frame: Rounded but not fat.

The following symptoms he has had continuously ever since he can remember and they are there throughout the year. He has been treated with a lot of antibiotics in his early childhood but has stopped taking them for a few years.

The main complaints are:

He wakes up in the morning sneezing and coughing. He develops a headache by the afternoon. Nasal catarrh, he continually has mucus in the throat and a blocked nose. When the nose is blocked his ears are very painful. He suffers from eye strain which is aggravated by bright lights. His eyes seem always watery and get very dark circles under the eyes. He says that feels better outside in the cold and his symptoms are worse when he is indoors. He prefers the cold air outside. The sneezing is worse indoors. He dislikes the warmth of the bed.

In the summer his symptoms are worse. He suffers from hay fever, sneezing, nasal catarrh, watery discharge from eyes.

Headache:
His headache become worse during the day and by the time he has come home from school he complains of a painful headache. His mother puts him to bed and the headache is better by the morning. Touch aggravates the headache. It is mainly on the top of the head and above the eyes. The sun aggravates the headache.

Diet:
He dislikes vegetables. Likes rice. He has a sour taste in the mouth. Complains to his mother hat he cannot taste his food. He has little thirst and his mother has to make him drink water.

He cannot sit still. He is always fidgeting and moving.

Mental:
His mother says that he is sensitive and cries a lot. He gets upset very easily. At one point during the interviewing he started crying and his mother comforted him. He also gets angry and throws things. His mother says that when he was younger he was scared of people. She says that he is very quiet and soft hearted, cries if something affects him. He finds it difficult to make friends. He finds it difficult to speak in front of people, as his mind goes blank. He feels upset afterwards.
