Immediate Advice needed Please.!

I am a chronic sufferer of external non-bleeding hemorrhoids and fissures. I got cured by homeo remedies for these suffering always. NOW
I again got cutting sharp pain in my anus on a one single spot/point with no bleeding only sharp pain. this pain feels when i touch it or when wash it with water it hurts a lot lot feels like wound i don't think this is hemorrhoidal pain it pains like something pinched/cutting/sharp/very hurting pain which only feels while touching that spot may be this is a wound/crack but not fissure as fissures are on front or back of anal tips or this might be hemorrhoids anyway plz recommend some remedy i also have pain in my right side of chest due to cold. And my abdomen feels very uneasy/uncomfortable due to gas and specially right side of abdomen where there is liver and i want to take deep breath for this uncomforableness. Also there is pain in my back little right not center and same spot in front about right leg and right leg is also stiffed with pain,this pain mostly occurs after having sex.Also have pain in left side of neck to shoulder. Neck mostly stiff.


I am a person having fear of disease, very keen about my illness and very much thinks that why not i am getting cure and take much tensions of my family and takes much care of my family always wants to go home or always wants to be with my family etc take much tension of even common matters a lot and not do anything until that tension gone away. Not want to do work/business. Feels boring whole day even during my business. etc
