The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I need an advice in case management

Due to unanticipated circumstances I am unable to contact my homeopath and it is very likely that this situation will continue for a while.

I am treated with LM potencies .

So here is my case :
1)On 5th of October I passed from LM2 to LM3.
2)I add into first glass of water a teaspoon of the remedy , stir , take from first glass a teaspoon and put it onto the second glass, next I stir again and take appropriate number of teaspoons.
3)From 5th of October and until 4nd of November I took 4 teaspoons , 6 teaspoons between 5th and 8th of November , 9 teaspoons between 9th and 12th of November and from 13th of November I took 10 teaspoons.
4)On 15th of November I felt significant improvement and this continued until November 22nd.
5)In parallel on 18 of November quite serious aggravation begun. But nevertheless I continued to take my remedy – my homeopath told me to contact him only after a week of not feeling well.
6)But from November 25th and until now I ma unable to contact my homeopath. So at November 26th I took 4 teaspoons instead of 10 , and yesterday and today I took nothing. Yesterday I felt some improvement but it wasn't significant , and today I feel worse that yesterday but better than 2 days ago.

So here are the specific questions:
1)How should I take the medicine during next 7-10 days?
2)Should I move to next potency ( 4 LM ) ?

And there are general question about LM case management :
What to do in case of improvement : continue to take the same amount of medicine or temporally stop to take medicine at all and wait until improvement end ?

Thank you in advance.
