diarrhea after gall bladder surgery

I had my Gall Bladder removed about 14yrs. ago. No one told me about the diarrhea afterwards and I am incontinent when it happens. I never know when it will happen. I have tried fiber capsules and my doctor put me on the genic of Questran Lite and one to two packages a day as needed (a plus I have high cholestrol) and I take Lomotil two tablets. This usally take cares of it until the next time. Now I get very bad abdomial cramps like labor pains and whoops the incontinence of diarrhea. I am not too old to have incontinence now but I do keep diapers for after the fact. It is so embaressing. I read some reviews from other people so I do feel normal about the diarrhea but this has to stop. Anyone else have a for sure cure? I would rather be constipated and I am one that does not worry about bowel movements, when ever it is ready to come so be it. But this gall bladder thing has got to go

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Podophyllum 30 four doses at equal intervals for 2 days, follwing days take it thrice a day...and reduce frequency as the situation improves.
