Mental Shock

Any one out there who can help.

In my family, a lot of members - like my sister, uncle and cousins have gone through mental depression. 4 of them have also commited suicide.

I am a very jolly nature person not at all like them, but after seeing 2 such cases and handing them for 1-2 yeras, I got a mental shock that it might also happen to me as Doctor say it's hereditary. After that I have developed a habit of comparing myself with them, if I am like that etc etc.
It's going on for last 19 years.

I am *not* depressed, but I am not able to get this out of my mind. Is there any homeopathy medicine that can help here.

I have a lot of hope in this forum, I have seen some great doctors hence trying this out.
