Wanting to be free from Zoloft

Hi,
I am on Zoloft, and have been for about 3 years now. Before that I have been on other like meds. I have suffered from depression, and anxiety which was brought on by the premature birth of my daughter, 13 years ago. I also had a 2 1/2 year old at the time as well.
The birth was very traumatic for me, due to the fact that both my daughter and myself were were in dire conditions.
I have also had a hysterectomy at the age of 35. This was also emotionally devastating to me.
My reason for writing is to seek help in weening off of zoloft and replacing it with natural remedies.
How can I do this with minimum withdrawal symptoms.

Thanks,
elizadarcy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
NAT MUR could help you if your generals and mentals match with the remedy.

check up nat mur and see if it fits you.

if it does, just take one dose of 1M potency on a single day morning.

Thank you rishimba for replying to my post. I guess I forgot to mention that I am new to homeopathy, and would need an explanation of 'generals, and mentals'
Some other symptoms that are also troubling me are, eczema, and thinning hair. I have been told that med's can sometimes cause this, ie Zoloft.
Thanks again.

I have been on Z for 4 years! From January through June I did intensive acupuncture 1-2X per week. I lowered my dose from 100 to 50! Since August I've been doing Homeopathy, and 7 weeks ago I lowered it from 50 to 37.5. This weekend I will again lower it to 25. I'm seeing a Homeopath who's been in practice for over 30 years! You have to be aware of ill-trained people out there so make sure you see someone with a lot of experience.
