This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Tissue remedies (6X) won't antidote the homeopathic remedy given. Tissue salts have some molecules of the medicine physically and hence they work in the physiological plane, whereas the homeopathic potency say a 30c or 200c has no physical medicine in it and work on the energy plane. They won't interfere with each other.

Multiple drugs is not homeopathy.

Posology is a vast subject in homeopathy and also the most controversial one.

Finally every homeopath has his own guidelines based on his experiences.

To tell you briefly

1M is useful for acute problems and you can use them for acute problems when the remedy choice is clear for patients whose vitality is high, for example childern and generally healthy younger patients.

When in doubt about the remedy choice start with lower potencis and observe.

Where structural changes and chronic problems like rheumatism are inviolved start with 6c frequent doses and up the potency gradually. The frequency is to be reduced in relation with the potency.

Type

posology homeopathy

in google and read as many articles as you can.
