Fungus in Nails
Hello Doctors,I m 29 years of age and i have fungus since i was 14years old. The fungus is only in 5nails of my hands, and sometimes in night when i sleep i feel irritation in it.
I tried to treat this from other medicines but due to long medical treatment i could not continue, so please inform me which medicine i should use for this fungus.

Long term fungal infection in nail is due to many systemic diseases.You should evaluate the cause.Most important disease is tuberculosis.You can do Complete blood count,X-ray chest p/a view and mantoux test.If anything is not found,You can continue Antim Crudum for long term.

Thanks very much for your reply and u r absolutely right and i got this disease in heritage.
Because i m new so please inform me the dosage of silicea, either it is for external use or what?

Take Silicea 30 ...three times a day (5 pellets each time)...for one week. (internally)
This will promote the outflow of rabid matter from the ulceration area.
Keep cleaning it and keep applying Calendula cream twice a day externally.
After a gap of two days of stopping Silicea 30, take one dose of Silicea 200.
This will help to dry up the area and in some time you might notice the emergence of new skin on the patches.

Whatever medicine you use orally as advised earlier. I give you a very useful tip if you apply vicks vip. at night for 2/3 weeks. You will feel gradually it will be disappeared.
