pain in testicle and lower right since last 6 months

mere right testies aur pet ke dayi(rt) taraf nichle hisse me pichle 6 mahine se dard rahta hai...jhukne aur physical activities se badh jaata hai.maine kai docors ko dikhaya hai...aur abhi tak hum niche likhi dawaiyan kha chuke hai...par koi fayada nahi hua :

in addition i have tried number of allopathic docts during the period. I have done my all pathological test like , Ultrasonography of whole abd , scrotal sonography , x-ray abdomen and all other pathollogical tests.........and all are absolutely normal...still my pain is contionued till date...
Other complications :
Pain in neck and upper back for last 10 yrs , pain in knee , HBP 130/90 taking allopathic treatment for HBP for last one year.PREMATURE EJACULATION since 15 yrs of age when i started musterbation.
I m 39 yr old male with handsom personality. Hight 5'6, wt 77 kg like. short temperament ....get angry on even small matters...unliking of togetherness...did not make any friend during last 20 years. I think due to writing my problem in HINDI language , i m not getting the answer...I rewrite in english...
I have pain in my right testicle as well as in lower wbdomed rt side for last 6 months..i have tried number of allopathic and homeopathic medicines in consultation with 3-4 Homeopath andf allopath but of no avail. I have mentioned other symptoms in my first email. Please advise me some suitable medicine........I am also taking bach Flower remedy Mimulus + Agrimony for HBP for last 5 days and Garlic + Apple Cider Vinegar + Shakkar for empty stomach for last five days....

Take China Q ...7 drops in 1/4th glass of water 3 times a day.
As progress takes place, make it twice a day and later only once a day.
After two weeks, post feed back.
