Azoospermia spermatocytic arrest

Age 31yrs marreied 1.5 yrs ago no kids , Underwent for 5 months homeo medicine with 1 months gap in between but no success at all. NIL sperm count. Recently underwent testicular biopsy,Report says 'Sections from both the side show complete spermatocytic arrest in all the tubules which though having sufficient numbers of precursor spermatogenic cells, do not show maturation upto spermatozoa level. Basement membrance,sertoli and lydig cells are unremarkable. NO inflammation or any granulomatous lesion is seen.'

Please advice me you whould B a great help.

please go for a constitutional treatment and try to have a diet rich in zinc for a few months.

i m married 5 years and no kids. Nill sperm count i got. i underwent testicular biospy which says the following:
testicular tissue reveals seminiferous tubules in cross section,having varying diameters. Tubules show thickened basement membrane. and majority of the tubules reveal hat of meturation
sequence .No spermatids or spermatozoa are seen .Leydig cells are normal.
please can u advise me what to do to get out of this problem
i will be thankful for you
