Have hormonal balance problems

Hi!I am a female in mid forties. I am having period problem.Its basically happening because of hormonal imbalance, can I find somemedicine inhomeopathy to maintain hormonal balance.Please help
Every second or third month my period comes late and I feel restless during night time, feel very warm, and my body heat increase, once I get my perids, all these symptoms go away,

Every 3 months my periods are coming late can be delayed by almost 2 to 2 and half months, when the period gets delayed, my body heat increases, feel very warm during sleep, wake up frequently, feel like drinking water, and go to the bathroom many times,


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Generally a feel very warm all the time, have dry skin,
have to eat foods which cool my body, like water melon, or foods which contain lot of water content,
very weak metabolism, have to exercise if I eat, otherwise cannot sleep and body heat increases.


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
general anxiety

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
feel hot flashes during night time, wake up frequently.

there is no past event which triggered this,
it started about a year ago.

night time,

Rich proteneous food or rich in iron content,
aggravate, while foods with lot of water content like water melon, butter milk etc cool my bod.
