This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try sulpher 30c 3times daily for 7 days.

Dear suraj
Take Sulpher 1M (2-3 drops in a tablespoon water), empty stomach, every month 2-3 doses. Do not take any other medicine for next 36 hours.
On remaining days take Nux Vomica 30 thrice daily (2-3 drops in tablespoon water). U may need this treatment for 1-2 months, depending upon ur ailment.
In case of pain/inflammation on rectum take Aesculus Hip 200 (2-3 doses a day). But STOP Nux Vomica 30, with this.

Dear znaeem,
I think you should learn about homeopathy.Combination therapy may sometime helpful. But there must be some logic for prescribing too many drugs. This patient suffering from piles, constipation, urgency of evacuation of stool at morning, pain around anus, gas and bloating. All of his complaints can be covered by sulpher. Why r you chosing nux or asec?there is partial indication of nux,but only sulpher can resolve all of his complaints.Thanks.

Dear zahid where you get the mistake of znaeem. Please read the thread of the patient i think sulphur and nux vom are essential to treat the pilesand constipation of the patient cause the constipation in nature is severe.Nux will help to arrest the piles enlargement as well as to scize the formation of gas and idigestion, as its a best polychrest.Aesculas may need if the patient feels any pain during bowel movement due to fissure, piles in anni etc.In my openion the patient should maintain a good dietary plan by selecting sufficient fibred vegitables, less oily and fatty food.He may use isabgul husk or wheat bran at night after dinner that will ensure an eassy expulsion of stools. Also patient should drink at least 3 to 4 liter drinking water daily. Thanks, malaker

To All
Dr Malaker has very correctly pointed out that fibrous diet and plenty of un-chilled water is the best solution to constipation; which ultimately leads to hemorrhoid/piles(both bleeding & non-bleeding). Even use of homeo medicines is to be minimized. Let ur body resistance to fight it out.
