Hot Flashes/Insomnia

I need help for the above. I am 60 years old. My period stopped when I was 50 years old. I have had hot flashes since then. They seem to be gettng worse. Also, I wake up between 2-4 AM and can't get back to sleep, resulting in day-time fatigue. Also, at times I'm emotional, especially affected by grief and/or loss. Food-wise, I can't tolerate sugar or caffeine. I eat a clean diet and exercise regularly, though my body gains weight very easily and quickly now as opposed to my younger years. Thanks for any help anyone can suggest.

Dear Rishimba,
Thank you for your suggestion. I will try it asap and let you know how it goes... I so appreciate your help because this is getting harder and harder to deal with! Blessings.

lachesis reacts a bit late and you should not jump to any other remedy soon.

you may have initial aggravation for some days and then all the aggravated symptoms will become normal.

please do not take any homeopathic allopathic medicines for the next three weeks.
