How to improve Heart Ejection Fraction after MI

Is there a remedy for improving ejection fraction of heart which has suffered ichemic MI.
In my case due to blockages in LCx and LAD I suffered MI in August 2007 resulting in damage to LV walls of heart and EF of 30%.
My condition remained stable for one year and in a recent ECHO I have found that my heart function has gone down to 26% and my LV has enlarged by 1.5 cm from normal.

Considering that I have closed LCx and stent in LAD and 26% EF is there homeopathic remedy which has proven results in such cases.

I will be greatful to forum members for suggestions which can improve my condition.

I am 49 years male. My BP and pulse (with medications) remains 100/70 and 70-80 respectively. My current daily medicines are:
Ramipril(Ace Inhibitor) 6.25 mg x2, Carvidilol (beta-blocker) 18.75 mg x2, Ecosprin 150 mg x1, Clopivas 75 mg x1, Atorvastatin 10 mg x1. I have recently added Digoxin 0.25 mg x1.

Thanks for your time and efforts.
