To Dr Tahira
I have a daughter who is 14 months old. She has developed eczema over ht emonths. Her skin is very dry and she tends to itch mainly at the joints. Initially, the eczema started on her scalp, wrist and ankles. Her scalp is quite flaky and I use cradle cap shampoo to keep it under control.With her wrists and her ankles, she itches it quite alot, especially when she is sleep or hot. At the same time, if I do not keep her covered, she gets a cold easily. The skin on her ankles and wrists is very dry, forms scabs after itching and has become a wrinkly dark patch. It can become quite sticky when she itches it.
The doctor has given me steroids to use which does not exactly help.
Now she also itches around her neck, upper right arm and her thighs. Her skin seems to be darker in those particular areas. She is also lactose intolerant.
Please can you tell what remedy to use and the dosage.

* wants the head kept warm, wants warm clothing even in summer
* Extreme sensitiveness to cold
* Dry, lusterless and rough hairs
* Intolerable itching which cause slepplessness

* Itching worse from warmth of bed
* Crusty erpuptions all over

single dose means that just take it once
and if in drops then only 1 or 2 drops are enough (either directly on tongue or mix in little clean water) and if in globules or tablets form, then just few small globules directly on tongue
