two medicine

dear sir
my uncle had a weakness, so the hoeoptahy doctor at surat prescribe him 2 medicne namely
1) avena sativa 2) acid phos

but i had learnt that only single medicince can be given in homeoptahy for multple disease ,
can he take these 2 medicine in a single day , without any bad effect , please suggest

please fully describe his weakness including the modalities and general symptoms of the patient to choose which would be a better choice.

ideally, one remedy at a time to be taken for full benifit.

some remedies do interact negetively and thus cannot be taken on the same day.
