6-month old on multiple remedies?

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any and all info supplied! I watch my 6-month old nephew during the week and he is currently teething and going through a formula switch, so he is understandably fussy. Today I was told to give him 30x Chamomilla, along with the Calms Forte 4 kids, and the Hylands Teething Tablets..This seemed bit extreme for me as I noticed that all 3 contained Chamomilla, and I remembered that you were not to combine remedies....

I am not an expert on this but I thought I'd check. I don't want my sister-in-law to feel that I'm interfearing at all with her parenting, but I also don't want anything to happen to my sweet nephew :)

Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is not the way homeopathic medicines are given; remember 3 founding principles of homeopathy

SINGLE medicine
Similar medicine
Minimum dose

Combination remedies are just a way for medicine making companies to earn easy money.
