androgenetic alopecia for young women
Dear doctorsi am 29yrs old asian female and have been suffering from hair loss since the last 5 years.I have always had nice long black hair. I have been under some stress. I have been referred to the dermatoligist for last 3 years, they have confirmed i have androgenetic alopecia
* first year told me - iron level are low, need to correct iron levels - no improvement.
* 2nd year told me no option but to take regaine - no improvement.
* 3rd year told me need to accept the fact that there is no cure.
I have also tried nourkin tablets in the past for 6 mths, no improvement.
My symptoms are
* dry scalp, itchy and dundraff
* loosing hair particularly on the front and sides.
* thinning hair
* No history of hair loss in family
I am really worried as i am losing lots of hair, what can you suggest i take. should i continue to use regaine, and i was also thinking of buying natural herbal remedies such as black cohush herbal supplement and chaste berry herbal supplement.
please please can you help

hi faisal, how do i take the natrum early in the morning with breakfast or empty stomach and when i do i take the last one before going to bed?

General guidelines for taking homeopathic remedy are: 1) Don't intake anything for 30 minutes before and after the remedy. 2) You shall refrain from strong smells including incense, mints, perfumes.
Following these guidelines you may appropriately take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening/night. Should you develop aggravation or unwanted symptoms stop the remedy and report here.
