I am also suffering from AS for past few years. Homeopathic medicines have helped me alot.
you can also try them in consultation with some dr.
In my case, I have noticed cold weather and stomach upset increases my pain.
what increases your pain.what are your current symptoms.
if there is no input on the forum. try with bryonia 200c
4 drops in 1/2 cup of water 3 times a day for 3 days and see if it helps.
if it does not then try colculus and rhus tox after giving one day gap.
Yoga is the best solution.

it is same with me too.sometimes I was unable sleep beyond 2-3 hrs a night for days. which made my position during the day in office miserable.
I would like you respond on this forum only it will help others too.

try to take allopathy as min. as you can.
try to use only homeopathy alone if you can bear the pain for few more days to check how it is working.

homeopathy takes time for severe cases..
how are you taking bryonia 200c ? are you taking empty stomach ?
and inform if there is not even 5 % improvement mental/physical ?

i m taking bryonia 200c empty stomach from last 5-6 days but no effect . in night i m not able to sleep or laydown due to lower back pain.some times pain happen on upper part also.and some times in hips right or left both side not able to walk some time ..

I am sufferring from AS from last 1 year. As of now i am taking both allopathy and homeopathy treatment for this. In Homeopathy Bryonia medicine helps relieve pain. And i am referring to Dr. Jugal Kishore clinic for homeopathy treatment. And i have benefitted with his medication.
I hope one day i just only need to take homeopathy not allopathy pain killers.
And the other way of controlling pain and stiffness, is to eercise as much as you can. There are yoga asan that help and also walking, cycling and above all swimming.
