Ataxic Paraplegia due to funiculi sclerosis of s.c

male patient, 28 bachelor, farmer elevating race horses.
When he was 23 sudden paresis>MI on both sides. Consequent the operation to remove a benign tumor in the canal D4 - D5.trunk and lower extremities became paraplegic. Ataxia progressive.
Afetr 4 years this patient came to me and I treated with Gelsemium 30 C , opium 30 c, Ars.album 30 c, causticum 9 c, arnica planta tota 4 D, and Podophyllum comp.
In 2 years right leg and trunk became sensible and alright. But the left leg although spasaticité minimised ataxia prolongs.
Suggestions are welcome: whether there is a different dilutions or remedy to activate the L/hindbrain
