Question on efficiency remedy

Hello, I'm a 40+ year old male and am recovering from severe anxiety depression (hospitalization for two months in spring). I'm back home since beginning of june. Homeopath gave me Alumina XMK (fear of suicide, fear of knives) which resulted in huge change in 3,5 weeks. Then I fell back. Homeopath repeated Alumina XMK, slight improvement after 5-6 days but after two weeks clear that this time no effect. Homeopath the gave Alumina LMK. Same story. He said that apparently Alumina peel was gone and time to start new remedy. Is Argentum Nitricum which fits fine with who I am since at least 5 years. Gave XMK dose. First a few days better but then long healing crisis (broils, ear infection, flu feeling, extremely tired, lungs etc...). Are now 19 days after Arg. Nit. XMK. Energy back (with support from 2 x 2 Gelsemium 30K) but now all psychological symptoms are back. Homeopath says will go away and that thinks remedy helps. But is this normal? That after a healing crisis psychological symptoms seem to come back (temporary?) when energy back up? Would appreciate professional advice.
