chronic croup

I have a 2 year old daughter who has chronic croup. She ALWAYS ends up in the Emergency Room because she cannot breathe or recover on her own.

History:
-Never vaccinated

-Had RSV infection which resulted in hospitalization at age 4 months old

-no known allergies

-father has asthma due to allergies (outside pollens and dairy/wheat products

-chronic croup resulting in hospitalization every single time (3 times now)

-she is 2 years old (just) 33 inches tall and weighs 24lbs.

-mom has no allergies or asthmas

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
can you please describe her actual symptoms and sufferings.

also, it would help if we knew what actually initiates the croup episodes and what are the external stimuli which aggravate or emiliorate the sufferings.

Actual symptoms:
-Stridor
-lack of appetite
-clingy
-whiny
-unable to sleep
-demanding
-pointing at things without really knowing what she wants

The croup affects her when we have been outside for a prolonged period of time, in trees/grass area or insecticides have been used. Same with her brother.
