help one big bump

i have had this one white bump in my throat for more than a couple of months and it seems to be getting bigger. I feel really tired and i lost my appitite. I am 18 and healty. But , I noticed last year i had diarrhea, dehydration, and blanked out then the bump appears in my throat . Now my throat seems swollen , when I go to bed my throat seems to close really up. My ears really ache alot , I have a headache am always tired. can anyone help me please ?

Can you correlate the start of this problem to any event ?

Describe your general behaviour, likes , dislikes , generalities, food cravings/aversions if any, and temeperature preferences too.

Also list any other major illnesses suffered since childhood.
