pls help

Pls help/suggest for the following.
1)Obsessive compulsive disorder and depression for more then 18 yrs.
2)Had masturbation at the teenage.Excessive bad habit.Great mental symptoms due to that.Symptoms still persist.
3)Psoriasis(on leg) and eczema (eye lid and back of neck)
4)Headache i.e occipital.But now less.

Have tried BY Dr->PHOS;ACID PHOS;SEPIA;PSORINUM;KALI PHOS;CINA30;SULPHUR;OPIUM.ETCETC.

But not to any help.
