Lumps of fat on the abdomen

Sir/Madam:

I am a man aged 35 years. I weigh 95 kg and my height is 5 feet 11 inches. For the past few years, i have noticed that i have become obese. I have tried my best to get the fat out of abdomen, but to no use. Earlier i used to wear a pant size of 30-32 inches, now it grew up to 40 inches. I would like to have the lumps of fat removed from my tummy and buttocks. i have tried going to gym, aerobics, but nothing worked properly. I would like to find a permanent cure to this. While browsing, i came to know about this forum where many people expressed happiness in losing weight. I also would like to lose weight. Please suggest me something. Please let me know if Nat Phos 6x is really useful in this matter of removing fat from abdomen and buttock regions. If so, please all let me know, where can i buy those in Bangalore. Thank you, waiting for a reply.
