cold and loose stool

Hi, My Son is 20 months old.He has cold and cough for alomost 5 days now..for past three days he is passing loose stool also. He was under allopathic medication which got over as of yesterday. but his cold and little better but smelly stool still persist..can someone help me with a homeopathy remedy

Hi, His stool appears more like a thin yellow paste.He passes motion everytime he takes solid food. His cough is also having a rattling as if he has got congestion.
