Getting marriage

My friend's problem

I m getting marriage after 4 months but I m very upset. My sexual health is not good. I have done much masterbation due to which I have very poor erection and I think I shall have PE problem too. The penis is sequze & thin from base and
fat at top. On full erection its size near to 4.5' now while it was 5.5'. It has been reduced.

Plz help me.
