Dear Sameer, Here comes my husband also, hope you won´t get overworked... 42 years old, Male, Swedish, brown hair, 176 cm height, 80 kgs weight, brown eyes. Appearance: Very kind, in a good mood most of the time, can be irritated when tired, social, likes to talk to people he meet, many people likes him a lot, affectionate, not overweight but gain weight easily, sometimes tired expression (due to overwork), fall asleep easy, stiff appearance and rigid walk, is muscular on upper part of body and thin legs, conventional and serious about life. Dislikes fatty food, boiled food and boiled milk, eggs Likes candy, salt, desserts, chocolate, carbohydrates, iced drinks and ice cream, hot and spicy food, lot of colour and taste, citrus fruits. Generally a warmblooded type but can occasionally be chilly also. Likes warm and sunny weather, has no problem to work in the heat, does not sweat so much. Dislikes rainy and cold weather. Fysical problems are runny nose and sneezing, nasal congestion, sore throat. Hayfever, asthmalike problems when having a cold or when the weather is cold outside. Frequent longtermed colds and flu with pflegm in chest afterwards. Stiff neck and pain in neck for many years. Feels pressure in solarplexus after eating too fatty food…and some other times. Better after fysical exercise. Need to be active to feel good. Sensible to noise. Mental/emotional issues: solid, responsible and hard-working. Strong focus on practical matters. When taking on any project, methodical and determined. This leads to a tendency to over-work. Sensitive and quiet, dependable, steady, practical,stoical. Neither complains about (nor notices) the stress he is under until the situation is very severe indeed. Takes on responsibilities. Rigidly adhering to a code of ethics and rules. Reacts strongly if someone is treated with injustice. Difficulty to express feelings and exercises strong control over emotions. Tendency to mild depression when unwell, then eats a lot… Prone to dark circles under eyes when tired. Reacts strongly when people complains and are negative. Dear Sameer, Thankyou for your reply. I got the remedy today but they sent wrong potency D30 instead of 30CH. What is the difference? Can I give wetdoses of D30 instead or will I wait til the right potency arrives? Best wishes Pia

Sameer, He took D30 2 days ago and in the afternoon he slept for two hours then is more energized than usual. Has been exercising a lot. Also felt more happy. so I guess the remedy is working...The nose was better yesterday but today a little stuffy, not as much as usual though... This time I ordered from the Swedish webshop and now they changed their mind and say that they don´t have 30C...So I will now order from Helios instead. Do you think I will order 30C or will we go to 200C? Or both? Pia

Dear Sameer, The first 3 days he was so full of energy, he was very surprised:) I think he has been tired for so long time that he didn´t know how it should be if healthy...He has also been a little "unbelieving" in homeopathy...So it was quite funny for me to observe the BIG positive reaction...:) The allergy was also very good almost gone...Then he started to feel more tired slowly and yesterday and today all symptoms is back. Very tired, much allergy, hayfever... The remedies will probably come on thursday so then I will give him 30C. Is it three wetdoses then also or just one? Best wishes Pia

Dear Sameer, It´s now 10 days since the 30C dose of Kali carb. The effect were again more energy and some relief in nose the first days but it did not last long. Now the allergysymptom is severe again but he is not as tired as he was before...And the positive mind seem to last... I have the Kali carb 200C. Do you think that I will give him one wetdose of it? Dear Sameer, Another week has passed and the condition is quiet the same as from the beginning. The thing is that we are not sure about the reactions from the 30C. Some good reactions came but they didn´t last long...my husband drank a whiskey and we are worried that this might have antidoted the remedy...I felt like the remedy started to work but ended after this whiskey. Is this possible? Do you think that he will try the C200 or that we will try another remedy..? Many thanks Pia

This is one week report for my husband: -first four days he had more energy than normal, now a little bit more tired again -says that he feels generally better after the 200 dose -has been more frequently urinating, even in the nights (this was a big problem some years ago) -the nose is the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad... -has odor from mouth, (like when you are having some infection) -dark rings under eyes -I need more time to be sure but we have been talking about things that we normally don´t, maybe a little more open...let´s wait and see Thankyou so much! Dear Sameer, Another month has passed... Hmm..my husband is not easy to help because I cannot get information from him. He is not the reflective type of guy and does not think of his own health state...I´m trying to figure out whether the remedy has made any difference... No big difference but I think I see some things... His allergy reactions (nose) is milder. It is not gone but he doesn´t get these severe attacks any more...but there are milder reactions almost all the time...Now he has a severe cold also which is normally the case this time of the year. Very difficult for him to get rid off...(the rest of the family also have it ) Mentally I´ve been noticing some changes. He has been talking about subjects that isn´t common. For now he is critical to his work(the employer) and that is new. He has always been dutiful and loyal no matter what happens...in absurdum (my opinion;) He is still very tired and has low energy. Likes to sit and read, watch TV without talking or answering when we talk to him. Does this make any sense? It´s hard to help when he holds everything inside him...he tries to think about it but I don´t think that he can... Best regards! Pia

Dear Sameer, It´s about 10 days since the calcarea dose. We are not sure about any responses if any...The first two days he thought he felt a little positive change in his mood...but he isn´t sure, may be positive thinking... Then he also got this stupid cold and still has it so we don´t know if the remedy worked, But if their was a change it was very small... What do we do? Nat mur? Best regards Pia

Hmmm... He has a high degree of moral, ethics. Doesn´t like when people being treated unfair. For example: The company he works for wants to get rid of one person because he works parttime due to backpain. This upsets my husband very much... He doesn´t like when someone acts miserly. He always put himself aside when it comes to get something, can be anything from food, money, opportunities...if someone else is there he always leave it for the other...unselfish Has a strong conviction of "take from the rich one and give to the poor one".. How can I explain...well it´s a big issue for him when he see injustice in society, when rich or people with power provide themself... He is upset with the fact that the directors at work travels with their partners and the company is paying when on the other hand the company is dismissing people...and he is mostly concerned with his work- mates not so much about himself... He always say that it´s no problem for him, he is strong and can take everything..."No problem for me, I can handle it..." Feels sorry for the weaker one´s... Ask me more if you need to... Pia

Dear Sameer, 2 weeks since the 30D dose Nat mur. On the first night he had an unusual "nose attack" for about half an hour...and on the day after he had to urinate more often... Besides these reactions we havn´t noticed anything different... No mental improvement reported... Best regards Pia
