Facial Blushing-please help

Hello,

I am 24 years old and have had facial blushing since I was at least 14 years old. My face turns really red and i start to sweat a lot when i am nervous. I go through this almost everyday and this has caused my life to be miserable. I have self esteem issues but so do other people, why am i only one turning bright red. This is effecting my work a lot and has kept me from trying anything. I blush in front of people, sometimes when they ask me personal questions but most of the time anytime i am center of attention, even when it's only a conversation between two people. I don't want to take any depression or anxiety medication because i don't want it to mess with my body. Please let me know if there is anything else i can try to calm me down and take away the facial blushing.

your flushed face is a mere manifestation of your mentals.

the remedy should actually address the ' self esteem ' issues which results in the flushed face.

based on your totality, a deeper acting remedy needs to be suggested.
