80 years old dizzy walking and standing

My grandmother is 80 years old and is dizzy when she stands up or is walking. She has many falls due to this. She says her heads spins around. She says she feels better for laying down or sitting still. She has just had cataracts removed from both eyes. Her memory is failing and she uses the wrong words when she is speaking. She gets disorientated and has trouble with working out how to stand up. She is very slim 61kg and always has been. She is 5foot 6 tall. She loves drinking tea. She is very kind natured and even tempremented and gentle.
