The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Are there any types of people for whom homeopathy doesn't work?

Also can one be too sensitive to homeopathy? That is, would a low dose potentially cause harm in a very sensitive individual?

If a wrong remedy is given, or even if a correct one is given but results are uncomfortable, how long does the effect last?

And finally, can anyone explain 'aggravation' of symptoms after taking a remedy?

Thank you very much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The very sensitive people should avoid self medication at any cost.

They also have to choose their homeopath very carefully. Read this article on how to choose a homeopath.

There is no simple way to tell how long the aggravations are going to last. Some people suffer even for years.

Read this thread to know about aggravations.

Thank you very much! This helps.

I'm suffering from adrenal dysregulation, am being treated by a professional homeopath and had an uncomfortable reaction to calcarea carbonicum only 6C - 1 dose.

He told me it was aggravation and the next dose I'm supposed to take will not provoke such a reaction.
He's just gone on vacation, so I couldn't get more information from him.

The symptoms have calmed down, but there are newer ones and I'm scared to take the next dose.

Anyway, thank you for the links.
