Want to quit smoking

Hello all!
I am 40, and been smoking a pack and half since the last 20 years or so, now i want to quit this habit, any remedies?

Dear Dr. Akshay, Can we prescribe Tabaccum for Chronic case of 'Gutkha' (chewing tobacco) addiction? If so what is the potency you suggest.
